Is smoking permitted?
We do have smoking rooms available for smokers and we have rooms designated for non smokers. All common areas such as hallways and the dining are is designated non-smoking for the pleasure of all of our guests.

Guests found smoking in non-smoking designated areas will be charged a $100 fine.

Can I invite friends to use the pool?
Only registered guests may use the pool.

Do you rent the pool for parties?
Only registered guests may use the pool.

Is there space available we can rent for business meetings?
Yes, we have a conference room that is available with or without an adjoining bedroom. The conference room will sit eight persons around the table, but there is space for more seating if needed.

We also rent the dining room for less formal meetings and gatherings.

Can we rent space for a party?
Yes, we do rent out space for parties. The room can accomodate 45 people.

Sorry, the renting of the space for a party does not entitle the use of the pool. Only registered guests may use the pool.

What meals do you serve?
We have a complimentary deluxe breakfast bar with over twenty five itmes including sausage and gravy, sausage patties, biscuits, egg patties, cereal, bagels, danish, English muffins, fruit, juice and more.

Will there be ample parking if I am pulling a trailer/boat?
Yes, we do have large parking spaces for guest who are pulling a trailer or a boat.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, Sunday through Thursday we do honor AAA, AARP, Military, Government and senior discounts. However, we do not offer discounts of any type during peak season (Mar - Dec) on Fridays and Saturdays.

Can we buy tickets to the Renfro Valley Entertainment show from you?
You will need to call 800-765-SING to purchase tickets and obtain show information.

What is your reservation cancelation policy?
There will be no charge for reservations cancelled at least 24 hours in advance (4pm prior to the day arrival.)

Do you accept group bookings?
Yes, please call 877-256-8600 and ask for "group sales" to obtain more information, Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm.

Yes, please call 877-256-8600 and ask for "group sales" to obtain more information, Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm.

What should I do if you are booked up and I want to stay at your hotel?
If we are totally booked, please call 877-256-8600 and request that your name be added to our waiting list. Cancellations are not uncommon and we may be able to accomodate you.

Are cribs or playpens available?
We do not have cribs or playpens, be sure to bring your own.

Are rollaway beds available?
Yes, we do have rollaway beds. Rental for the rollaway bed is $5.00 per day and are offered on a first come, first serve basis.

Are refrigerators available in the rooms?
All suites include a microfridge.

Small refrigerators are available at a cost of $5.00 per day for all other rooms based on a first come, first serve basis.

If you have medication that requires refrigeration, front desk can store it in a secure refrigerator at no charge.

Is there a microwave in the room?
All suites have a microfridge.

There are two microwaves in the dining area for guest use and are available 24hrs a day.

Do you accept pets?
We do not accept pets in the hotel. Sorry for the inconvienience.
